"Ich war freudig überrascht von der Aussergewöhnlichkeit der Wohnung und der Lage!"
Die Reduktion aufs Nötige, die Funktionalität und die damit verbundene Reizlosigkeit im Gegensatz zur Reizfülle von Athen. viel Raum, um all die Eindrücke zu „verdauen“. Viel Raum für neue Ideen. Grossartig!

The unit is spacious and clean. Management is quite responsive to attend to minor repairs in the apartment. Security is good. Location is perfect for wining and dining. Many well known restaurants around. Bakeries, a pharmacy and small sundry shops are within walking distance. A very interesting neighbourhood and good value for money.

The location initially looked questionable, but once inside it was excellent. The area is awesome for small bars + restaurants, a Bakery and a pharmacy. Easy to get a Taxi.

Ein schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Ein besonderes Plus war die Badewanne mit Whirlpool-Funktion. Die Wohnung liegt in einem modernen und vor allem jungen Viertel. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist top.

We stayed again in a beautiful and inexpensive industrial style studio room on the first floor, which included a bedroom with a sofa, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a hot tub and a balcony. The hostess was genuinely kind, offered us late check-out and even gifted us a free night.

Situation de l'appartement pratique, quartier calme. Pas de cuisine, mais un frigo est disponible, rideaux en tissu opaques, bonne literie et salle de bain moderne et propre, l'appartement a répondu à nos attentes.Système de déverrouillage de la porte principale très pratique via une application puis récupération d'un jeu de clé dans l'appartement.
